 | Take the lift to level 4. |
 | Walk up the flight of steps to your right. Central Library should be to your left. |
 | Walk past the passageway and entrance to the Chinese Library. |
 | Keep a lookout for a small flight of steps on your right. |
 | Walk under the sheltered walkway. CTLT will be just ahead. |
