Lai Yoke is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics. She teaches in the fields of international finance, financial economics, and macroeconomics. Her professional work experience includes working in both domestic and international banks, and fund management company. She has developed courses on new and emerging topics such as Driving towards the future: Battery Electric Vehicles, an interdisciplinary course in partnership between the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) and the Faculty of Science (FoS); and Life, Disrupted: The Sharing Revolution, a general education course. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education.
