The Learning Analytics Dashboard (LAD) is developed by the Office of Data and Intelligence (ODI), Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology (CTLT), and NUS IT. It provides an interactive, historical, personalized, and analytical monitoring display that reflects students’ learning pattern, status, performance, and engagement.
For instructors, the LAD would show the demographic of students in the class, how students are engaging with the course contents, and assist instructors in identifying students who may be at-risk.
For students, the LAD would show a list of unviewed content and unsubmitted assignments which are hyperlinked to the corresponding items in the course making it easier for students to keep track of course content or assignments that they still need to do. Additionally, the LAD would also show students a cautionary message if their engagement or assessment scores fall below a set indicator.
